Digital and Online Programs

All purchases of online training programs, virtual coaching plans, or digital content are non-refundable once access has been granted or program materials have been delivered.
However, if you experience technical issues or do not receive your access credentials within 48 hours of payment, please contact us at ggabrielperezgonzalez@gmail.com for prompt assistance.

In-Person Sessions and Packages

For in-person training sessions, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

In rare cases of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, Elgabitrainerpr may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund or credit toward future sessions.

Timeframe for Refund Requests

Requests for refunds or credits must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. After this period, we may be unable to process refund requests.

Payment Processing

All transactions are securely processed through Trainerize.me Pay, powered by Stripe.
Elgabitrainerpr does not store or have direct access to customers’ payment details.
